Important Information for 12 and 24 Months Standard Warranty Applicable for Parallel Imported Products


Top-10's warranty covers only those defects which arise as a result of normal use of the product, and do not apply to any:

  • Improper or inadequate maintenance.
  • Misusage and mishandling.
  • Fire, flood and other natural disasters.
  • Damaged by the wrong voltage use due to wrong charger.
  • Natural wears and tears.


If claiming a replacement or a refund for a product it must be returned within 7 days (Or within 2 weeks for replacement) of receiving goods with all the original packaging, accessories, manuals etc. Charges will apply if products, accessories or boxes are damaged or lost.

Warranty will be treated as canclled or voided if:

  • Unauthorized modification has been done.
  • Warranty sticker(wherever applicable) is damaged or has been tampered with.

Warranty does not cover software (OS and installed applications) issues of Apple/Android phones/smartphones. We request customers to please be very careful when they install software on their Apple/android phone or do any modifications/updates on their mobile phone's operating system. Also rooting an android phone will void the warranty. We strongly recommend to not root/update your android phone


Please be aware that that any fault other than hardware will not be covered under this warranty. Software or applications installed or modified is at owners’ risk.


The product descriptions and pictures shown on our website (though very unlikley) may vary (due to a human error) from the products you receive, please ask if you are not sure. There will not be refund if minor differences were between the product descriptions/pictures and the sold products.


Products that need repair will be sent to our network of mobile phone repairers company or may as well be directly sent back to the manufacturer. The turnaround time could be 3 to 4 weeks depending on the fault. Customers will need to pay for shipping costs for sending faulty products to our service center in Auckland.


Some of products might not come with an instruction booklet if they do it may be in another language, you can download English manuals from the manufacturers’ website or we could email you a soft copy.


Top-10 will not be liable to any loss caused by the shipping delay, due to shipping processes's dependency on courier company infracstructure and procedures. All shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstances.


If a customer would like to return product(s), it must be returned in out of the box condition with all the original packaging and accessories. A re-stocking fee of 15% of your order value will apply. This re-stocking fee also applies on returning product(s) not providing proof of product(s) not matching description or faulty.


Warranty is not transferable in any cases and it does not cover cost of new parts which may be required for repairs.


Unless stated in the product description page, phone/tablet will not work with Telecom Network. No refund will be provided if you intended to use the device (not stated comptabile by us) on Telecom XT network.


Some of the products' packaging may have been opened to ensure everything in perfect condition and free of any defects. All phones are 100% genuine, unlocked, brand new.


Proof of purchase must be provided in the event for the claim of warranty.


A consultation/service fee may apply if the issue is not covered by the warranty.
