Question(1): How long will it take for the delivery of my order ?

Question(2) : Can I place an order and pick it up from Top-10 ?
Answer : Top-10.co.nz is online shop only. We do not have a physical store at this stage. Therefore at this stage we are not allowing pick up.
Question(3) : What forms of payment are accepted?
Answer : Top-10 accepts Visa, MasterCard, NZ Bank Deposit and Paypal payments
Question(4) : Are all your products brand new and genuine ?
Answer: Yes, Top-10 only sells brand new genuine products.
Question(5) : What is the warranty on the products ?
Answer : As required by CGA, Top-10 offers 12 Months Warranty on almost all of its products.
Question(6): Are your mobiles,tablets and cameras brand new and unopened?
Answer : All of our mobiles, tablets and cameras are brand new, unless an offer is marked as an Open Box Special. Whilst all new mobile phones are normally shrink-wrapped, technicians in our warehouse would have usually opened the box. This is to check that the product has not suffered any damage during transit to our warehouse and also so that all the functions and features could be fully tested and quality assured to reduce the incidence of the handset being dead-on-arrival (DOA).
